How much time does it take to delivery?
We normally process parcels once we realize payments. The very same day we send it. It may take 5-7 days across India, depending upon the locations. Remote locations may take little more time. We track order continuously for our clients.

Presently, we do ship across India only. International Shipping (Mainly, Asian Countries, Africa and UAE) will be launched soon.

Generally, we check rigorously before shipping. For machines, if any start-up faults occur, we do assist over phone. If problem persists. We rather send technicians. Free of cost. There is No Return for Consumables and Other goods, other than machines. Every Machine comes with 6-months full service warranty. Under no circumstances, replacements are entertained.

Yes. We do provide instructions. Training is given free of cost at customers' place by our experts. We also provide self-learning CDs with every purchase of machines.
